Feeding System

It is composed of materials trough, water tank, filter, pump, valve, pipeline and other components. Because the material has certain corrosiveness and high cleanliness requirements, the system is made of stainless steel. The feeding pump adopts the screw pump with frequency conversion speed control and adopts the automatic adjustment method of adjusting the feeding rate to control the exhaust air temperature to ensure the stability of product quality.

High-Speed Centrifugal Atomizer

The purpose of spray drying and atomization is to make liquid material into a material mist with a high specific surface area. The high-speed centrifugal atomizer selected by our company is designed and manufactured according to the digestion and absorption of the high-speed centrifugal atomizer of the Danish “Nile” company, and is the heart of the entire industrial drying equipment. The atomizer has lubricating oil pressure, lubricating oil level, lubricating oil temperature alarm and other protection devices. The atomizer consists of a power part, a lubricating part, a control part, a slurry distribution part and a spray disc.

Hot Air System

It provides hot air at a certain temperature as a drying medium and consists of filters, air heaters, pipes and valves.

Drying Tower And Hot Air Distributor

The drying tower is the main part of the industrial spray dryers, so as to ensure sufficient residence time of the material in the drying tower, so that the product can meet the required moisture requirements, and will not be subject to thermal deterioration and chamber wall deposition. It consists of the inner cylinder, skeleton, jacket, outer cylinder and other parts. The top of the drying tower is provided with an air inlet volute, and there are inspection and lighting devices on the wall of the cylindrical section, which can be used for viewing or cleaning.

The air inlet temperature detection point is set at the inlet of the air inlet volute.

The hot air distributor is installed in the air inlet volute. In order to effectively mix liquid droplets and gas and avoid or minimize the occurrence of sticky walls, the air deflector can adjust the angle to control the direction of the hot air so that the hot air and the mist droplets are fully mixed.

The cylindrical section and the conical section of the drying tower are equipped with multiple pneumatic rappers for rapping to avoid material accumulation and deterioration due to heat and ensure continuous discharge.

Receiving Dust Removal System

The system consists of a cyclone separator group, silo, off the fan, induced draft fan, wet dust collector and other components.

After the drying is completed, the powder is separated by the cyclone separator together with the waste air at the bottom of the tower, and the waste air is discharged by the exhaust fan, washed by the wet dust collector, and then discharged to the outside; The separator collects the material in a centralized manner; the fine powder returns to the tower body to continue to collect the material. The tower body is equipped with a cold air jacket to prevent the material from sticking to the wall.
