Equipment quality is controlled through approved drawings, material and component checks, manufacturing inspections, assembly checks and the agreed factory acceptance test. The applicable inspection records and acceptance criteria are defined in the project scope.

A standard one-year warranty is generally provided, subject to the signed quotation or contract. Technical support, documentation, spare parts and response arrangements are confirmed in the project scope; warranty exclusions and operating responsibilities also apply.

Our standard payment term is 50% T/T in advance and 50% T/T before shipment, unless otherwise stated in the signed quotation or contract.

Standard quotations are generally based on FOB Shanghai unless the formal quotation states otherwise. CIF or other Incoterms can be quoted after the destination and shipping requirements are confirmed.
