Princ\u00edpio de trabalho<\/h3>\n

Depois que o material \u00famido \u00e9 colocado de uma extremidade do secador, o material \u00e9 distribu\u00eddo uniformemente e disperso no secador sob o giro do dispositivo de c\u00f3pia de placa distribu\u00eddo uniformemente no cilindro interno e totalmente em contato com o ar quente fluindo em paralelo ( contracorrente), o que acelera a secagem e a transfer\u00eancia de calor. \u00e0 for\u00e7a motriz.<\/p>\n

Durante o processo de secagem, sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o da placa inclinada e do fluxo de ar quente, o material pode ser movido para a v\u00e1lvula de descarga em forma de estrela da outra se\u00e7\u00e3o do secador para descarregar o produto acabado.<\/p>\n

Materiais Aplic\u00e1veis<\/h3>\n

Secagem de part\u00edculas grandes e materiais pesados em ind\u00fastrias qu\u00edmicas, minera\u00e7\u00e3o, metalurgia e outras, tais como: minera\u00e7\u00e3o, esc\u00f3ria de alto forno, carv\u00e3o, p\u00f3 met\u00e1lico, fertilizante fosfatado e sulfato de am\u00f4nio.<\/p>\n

Secagem de materiais em p\u00f3 e granulados com requisitos especiais, tais como: agente espumante HP, res\u00edduo de gr\u00e3o de destilaria, carbonato de c\u00e1lcio leve, argila ativada, p\u00f3 magn\u00e9tico, grafite e res\u00edduo medicinal.<\/p>\n
