Centrifugale Neveldroogmachine Samenstelling<\/h2>\n

1. Het voeden Systeem<\/h3>\n

1.5kw, 0.8mpA motor veranderlijke frequentie schroefpomp, de ontwerptemperatuur is onder normale temperatuurvoorwaarden, als er een temperatuurverandering is, gelieve ons te contacteren.<\/p>\n

2. Hete Luchtsysteem<\/h3>\n

Dit systeem levert de schone lucht die nodig is v\u00f3\u00f3r het drogen. Het filtratievolume is 25000m3\/h, en de maximumdruk is 50Pa. Het filtermateriaal is niet-geweven stof, en het verwarmingssysteem keurt stoom + elektrische verwarming goed.<\/p>\n

3. 3. Drogend Systeem<\/h3>\n

3.1 Inlaatklep<\/strong><\/p>\n

De roestvrijstalen SUS304 logaritmische spiraalvormige heteluchtvoluut bevindt zich aan de bovenkant van de droogtoren en voorziet de droogtoren van stabiele warme lucht.<\/p>\n

3.2 Droogtoren<\/strong><\/p>\n

De droogtoren is een cilindrische hoge cilinder met een conische bodem. De toren heeft een heteluchtinlaat en -uitlaat, inspectie- en reinigingspoorten, kijkgaten, verlichtingsgaten, enz. De gehele droogtoren is gemonteerd op een beugel.<\/p>\n

De binnen- en buitenwanden van de toren worden gemaakt van roestvrij staal SUS304. Het isolatiemateriaal is 100mm aluminiumsilicaat (Al\u2082SiO\u2085).<\/p>\n

Ons centrifugaal neveldroogsysteem is samengesteld uit het het voeden systeem, hete luchtsysteem, het drogen systeem (inham volute + het drogen toren), stofverwijderingssysteem (primaire & secundaire cycloonseparator + het ontvangen van systeem), het schoonmaken systeem, en controlesysteem.<\/p>\n
