Optimalisatie<\/h3>\n

Griffin Technology is continu bezig met het optimaliseren van de luchtstroomdroger.<\/p>\n

De luchtstroomdroger wordt voornamelijk gebruikt bij het drogen van zetmeel en het drogen van sommige anorganische zoutproducten, zoals het drogen van natriumsulfaat en natriummetabisulfiet, dat altijd zijn unieke voordelen heeft gehad.<\/p>\n

In het toevoermechanisme van de luchtdroger hebben we een uniek anti-boogapparaat ontworpen, dat kan zorgen voor een soepele en soepele invoer van de grondstoffen in de luchtstroomdroger zonder het fenomeen van overbrugging.<\/p>\n

In de hoofdmotor van de luchtstroomdroger is een unieke pulslink ontworpen. Sommige producten stellen relatief hoge eisen aan eindvocht. Om de droogtijd in de luchtstroomdroger te verlengen, hebben we een pulsuitbreidingssectie gemaakt, die het drogen van het product zal bufferen. De snelheid maakt meer volledig contact met de hete lucht.<\/p>\n

Bij het stofverwijdering- en verzamelproces van de luchtstroomdroger hebben we, gezien de grote hoeveelheid stof, explosie-ontluchtingsapparaten in het zakfilter en de host gemaakt om het doel van veilige productie te bereiken.<\/p>\n
