Am\u00e9liorations de notre s\u00e9choir \u00e0 disque<\/h2>\n

1. Am\u00e9liorations apport\u00e9es au bras de r\u00e2teau<\/h3>\n

Nous utilisons un tuyau en acier \u00e0 paroi \u00e9paisse de 38 \u00d7 5 mm et ins\u00e9rons de l’acier rond dans le tuyau, de sorte que la capacit\u00e9 de charge du bras de r\u00e2teau atteigne 800 kg, \u00e9vitant ainsi le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de d\u00e9formation en flexion.<\/p>\n

2. Am\u00e9lioration de la surface in\u00e9gale du disque<\/h3>\n

L’anneau de retenue ext\u00e9rieur sur le grand disque et l’anneau d’obturation int\u00e9rieur sur le petit disque sont form\u00e9s par le pressage \u00e0 tambour unique de plaques d’acier. Le bord ext\u00e9rieur du grand disque est press\u00e9 en arc et la surface inf\u00e9rieure du petit disque est press\u00e9e en arc, ce qui renforce consid\u00e9rablement la rigidit\u00e9 du disque et le rend \u00e9galement plus plat.<\/p>\n

3. L’am\u00e9lioration de la mati\u00e8re r\u00e9siduelle sur la surface du disque et le grattage impur<\/h3>\n

Il est constitu\u00e9 d’une plaque d’acier \u00e9paisse soud\u00e9e \u00e0 la main, et la surface de la plaque verticale est perfor\u00e9e et boucl\u00e9e sur le bras du r\u00e2teau, et la rotation est plus flexible. Le milieu des deux plaques d’acier est soutenu par de l’acier rond et la transition d’arc de la surface de la lame est tr\u00e8s coh\u00e9rente avec la surface du disque, r\u00e9solvant ainsi le probl\u00e8me du mat\u00e9riau sur le disque.<\/p>\n

4. Entr\u00e9e\/sortie de la source de chaleur<\/h3>\n

Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7oit la source de chaleur du s\u00e9choir \u00e0 disque pour qu’elle soit \u00e0 double entr\u00e9e et \u00e0 double sortie afin que la source de chaleur soit r\u00e9partie plus uniform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur, et que le mat\u00e9riau sur le disque soit plus compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9, ce qui am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement l’efficacit\u00e9 thermique.<\/p>\n

5. Protection des roulements<\/h3>\n

Un si\u00e8ge de pagode conique en forme de cerceau est ajout\u00e9 au milieu de chaque couche du disque de mat\u00e9riau, de sorte que lorsque le mat\u00e9riau sur la surface du disque sup\u00e9rieur tombe, il glisse doucement le long du c\u00f4ne dans le disque inf\u00e9rieur, \u00e9vitant le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de chute du mat\u00e9riau. hors du disque inf\u00e9rieur et tombe dans la couche inf\u00e9rieure.
