Mejoramiento<\/h3>\n

Griffin Technology ha estado optimizando continuamente el secador de flujo de aire.<\/p>\n

El secador de flujo de aire se utiliza principalmente en el secado de almid\u00f3n y el secado de algunos productos de sal inorg\u00e1nica, como el secado de sulfato de sodio y metabisulfito de sodio, que siempre ha tenido sus ventajas \u00fanicas.<\/p>\n

En el mecanismo de alimentaci\u00f3n del secador de aire, hemos dise\u00f1ado un dispositivo anti-arco \u00fanico, que puede garantizar la entrada suave y fluida de las materias primas en el secador de corriente de aire sin el fen\u00f3meno de formaci\u00f3n de puentes.<\/p>\n

En el motor principal del secador de flujo de aire, se dise\u00f1a un enlace de pulso \u00fanico. Algunos productos tienen requisitos relativamente altos de humedad final. Para prolongar el tiempo de secado en el secador de flujo de aire, hemos realizado una secci\u00f3n de expansi\u00f3n de pulsos, que amortiguar\u00e1 el secado del producto. La velocidad hace un contacto m\u00e1s completo con el aire caliente.<\/p>\n

En el proceso de eliminaci\u00f3n y recolecci\u00f3n de polvo del secador de flujo de aire, considerando la gran cantidad de polvo, hemos fabricado dispositivos de ventilaci\u00f3n de explosiones en el filtro de bolsa y el host para lograr el prop\u00f3sito de una producci\u00f3n segura.<\/p>\n
